WHEN PAYING WITH VENMO THE TOTAL AMOUNT  OF THE TOURNAMENT FEE NEEDS TO BE PAID.

NO USING PARTIAL CREDIT AND PARTIAL VENMO

IF USING PARTIAL CREDIT YOU NEED TO USE CHECK OR CASH FOR THE DIFFERENCE

PLEASE CHECK WITH A BOARD MEMBER WHEN GETTING TO THE COURSE.

Remember if you use credit you must let Derek know and send in your balance.  When using venmo you must send in total amount of the tournament venmo is   @Scott-Golf

If you pay for a tournament and then you either don’t play or you contact a board member after our board meeting you will lose $20.00.  If you do not show up and do not let a board member know you will lose your entire entry fee.  If you contact a board member before we finalize everything at the board meeting, usually the Tuesday before the tournament, you will receive a credit of your entire entry fee back including the prize money.  Please make an effort to let a board member know if you will not make the tournament or if you are running late.
